GRRR ARRGH. I woke up this morning decidedly not feeling like P. Diddy - with pain in my back all along the left side, probably the result of yesterday's tension (bureaucracy'll do that sometimes). I'm trying to take it easy for a day or two; it's always worse & lasts much longer if aggravated. Booo, aging. :(
